what happened to the sticky post option

  Hi all,
  A few months ago we received this new function re: http://en.blog.wordpress.com/2008/09/08/sticky-posts/

  has this been removed? I dont see it as an option with my posts now.

  It’s been moved (December 08). People were making all their posts sticky rather than just one or maybe 2. That causes problems. Here:
