what happened to the Word Press Plans?

    I was looking into switching from squarespace to WordPress and i was about to proceed with the plan i was going to buy before, which was the Business Plan. But then i look at the plans available and now there’s only one plan available?? I’ve searched everywhere for the other plans available, tried different access points from the word press website. There’s no other plans except the Pro plan. And I would go with the pro plan as it seems fine for what i need but, i can’t change it from a yearly purchase to a monthly reoccurring payment. But i was able to do that before with the business plan.

    Can anyone help me figure this out, i feel like im going insane as everything just disappeared.

    Hi there,

    We recently have updated our plan offerings so you are correct that things have changed. You are correct that our Pro Plan is essentially the same as our legacy Business Plan with a few small changes and at a lower price point.

    If you were interested in the Business Plan, you would have the same functionality to upload plugins and themes by upgrading to WordPress.com Pro.

    As you have noted, we do not offer monthly pricing for this plan. This may return again at some point but for now the annual pricing is the only option available.
