what happens if i don't renew my domain in time?

    My domain is set to expire soon. Will I lose my content if I fail to renew in time?

    I do however understand there’s the potential to lose my domain name to someone else if they happen to snag it before I renew.

    My biggest concern is not knowing what happens to all my posts/pictures and settings in my wordpress.com admin for my blog when i miss the renew deadline.

    Hi

    Don’t worry.

    Every wordpress.com site with a custom domain has a alternate yoursite.wordpress.com address, so your content is safe even if the domain expires.

    You can see your site’s main and alternate addresses at https://wordpress.com/domains (while logged in)
