What happens to my contents if I switch to free plan from premium?

    What happens to my contents and the space provided if I don’t renew my premium subscription. Whether 13 GB allotted space will be retained or it will shrink to space provided for the free plan? What will happen to additional contents which lies beyond the boundaries of free plan??

    Hi there, I made a list a while back and believe it’s still accurate. When you downgrade to free:

    • No Custom Domain or Mapping
    • No Custom Design editing (CSS)
    • Limited to Free themes or pay additional for Premium themes
    • No Pay with Paypal (although can add PayPal buttons)
    • Static Media uploads only (no Audio, Video or zip)
    • Community support via the forums
    • No Email Forwarding
    • No Google Analytics
    • No Advanced Social Media
    • Storage limited to 3GB (your existing uploads will remain, but you won’t be able to upload anything further if you are over the 3GB for free sites.)
    • WordPress.com runs ads on your site
    • WordPress.com branding
