what happens to my page with the $domain-name if I delete the original WP-page?
-
Hallo There. I am a very happy NewBee
If I delete my old and first notebook kind of wordpress page. The one I got before I had my own domainname, will I still be able to work in the new one? I get totally confused about the two almost simular pages and some times it feels like it is swifting from one to the other with out me chancing. I am not sure how it looks like for someone just surfing around… But it woud be nice to have only one…
(The old is called zoneterapiiflensborggade and the new one zonesister.dk)Lots of thanks!
TanjaThe blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

BTW, one of them is called zonesister.wordpress and the other “FLensborggade” transform in to zonesister.dk.
Should I acctually just delete the wordpress/zonesister and keep the original Flensborggade with the right URL.? -
Hi Tanja!
So, it looks like you have two blogs on your current account:
- zonesister.wordpress.com
- zoneterapiiflensborggade.wordpress.com (with custom domain zonesister.dk)
If I understand correctly, you would like to eliminate one so that you just have one site going forward. Is that correct?
If so, it makes sense to remove zonesister.wordpress.com since the other site has a custom domain (we can do it the other way around if you would like as well – just let me know).
In that case, export the content from zonesister.wordpress.com following the instructions here:
Then, import it to zoneterapiiflensborggade.wordpress.com as explained here:
That ensures we won’t lose any of your content when we delete zonesister.wordpress.com.
Let me know once you’ve done that and we can move forward!
