What happens to my website content if I let my domain expire

    Hi WordPress support,

    If I don’t renew my domain, TEDXYOUTHTHEWOODLANDS.COM, will the free WordPress site of TEDXYOUTHTHEWOODLANDS.Wordpress.COM
    still be available?

    Will all of my content from TEDXYOUTHTHEWOODLANDS.COM still remain intact at TEDXYOUTHTHEWOODLANDS.Wordpress.COM ?

    Will TEDXYOUTHTHEWOODLANDS.Wordpress.COM stay intact or do I need to pay annually for that site to remain intact?

    Hello there. Your free WordPress.com site will still be available, regardless of the expiration of your custom domain. You will have access to your site’s Dashboard here:

    http://tedxyouththewoodlands.wordpress.com/wp-admin

    The only issue you may have is that your domain name mapping may have to be manually removed from tedxyouththewoodlands.wordpress.com after the domain expires. If you have any trouble visiting your site after your domain expires, let us know and we can detach the mapping from your blog. I can also do that immediately, if you’d prefer, since your domain expires in only five days.
