What happens to website after Business plan expiration?

Hello!
One of my customers requested a website (I am working in system administration) and I have no previous experience with this service.
I would like to buy a Business plan for WordPress and a third-party website builder (for example Elementor) to make a webpage and put in on my domain and hosting.
After the expiration of the Business plan, I just won’t be able to edit content of the webpage, or every single premium feature from a third-party addon will be removed and the site will collapse? (In license description of the third-party service it is stated that after expiration of Elementor subscription they are not going to remove anything from the page, so this question is related to the WordPress services).

I’m happy to assist you with this, Once your business plan expires, you site will revert back to the free plan which will makes you lose all the features of the business plan but rest assure that the staff can help you restore your site when you renew back to the business plan.

Hi,
If your Business plan expires or you cancel it, the site will be downgraded to the Free plan. This will result in the removal of any plugins, themes, and custom code you had installed, as well as any premium, features not available in the Free plan.
The site will revert to how it looked before you installed the first plugin, theme, or custom code. However, all your posts, pages, and media files will be preserved.
Also, you mentioned that you want to use the Business plan on your own hosting. This is not possible. All our plans can only be used on the WordPress.com hosting platform.

Where can I read about the pricing of the WordPress.com hosting? The only article I’ve seen so far states that I am free to choose any hosting and that contradicts what you said in the reply.
I know it was just a misunderstanding, but I want to be sure that we are on the same page.
