What happens when I change custom domain to new custom domain on WordPress.com
-
For a site hosted on WordPress.com, we have a custom domain name. Now, we need to change to a different domain name.
- Is there any way to re-direct the old URLs with the old domain to the new domain name?
- If we maintain ownership of the old domain, what happens when someone clicks on an old URL?
I hope this makes sense.
