What has happened to my website…that wordpress is supposed to be hosting?

I am baffled that my website..www.fourelevenstore.com cannot be accessed on the net. It has disappeared. WordPress is supposed to be hosting my site. What has happened? Help…now please. Frankly, your support is nonexistant. Helpk!!

For starters fourelevenstore.com does not seem to be registered – so you need to register your domain name then map it to your blog here

Did you purchase a domain mapping upgrade form WordPress.com? If so, then when did you purchase it please? See:
Store > Domains
Store > My Upgrades
Store > Billing History -
Not an issue @TT – I was not ambitious enough for the questions you ask
One other question to the OP – did you receive and email receipt for the purchases?
If you did receive a receipt then we will need to get the staff involved to chase down the charges and give you the proper refund or credit

My only real complaint at this point is that WordPress does not SEEM to offer customer support via contact info data so I can contact them directly as opposed to discussing the matter with the whole world??? I cannot figure out how to get the staff involved to check records as suggested. Esoteric!!??!! Thanks.
