What have I been billed for??

  Hi,

  despite going through my dashboard and all, I can not identify what I have been billed for on my credit card.

  The entry in my credit card bill reads “WPCHRG.COM XXX-XXX-XXXX US” (numbers replaced with x’s).

  My billing history in profile / dashboard shows no bills at all ever; yet I have been billed.

  And how come I can’t find a link to any actual support help desk, just this rather hidden way to post my question to the public forums? You’d think a service that bills me for something would have a real person answering my question about billing?
