  I have paid for a premium prescription. You took my money. Now I can’t access my site. How do I fix this? I want to talk to a human being.

  Staff removed the convenient dashboard links we had previously and have refused to provide them again. Here’s the relevant support doc link. https://en.support.wordpress.com/dashboard/

  You must be logged in under the exact same username that registered the site to be able to access the site. The Admin login link to the dashboard for every blog hosted by wordpress.COM is:

  http://NAME_OF_BLOG.wordpress.com/wp-admin/

  *Replace NAME_OF_BLOG in that URL with the actual name of your blog.

  I recommend bookmarking that link or memorizing it.
