What have you done to the dashboard?

The latest change to the dashboard has introduced a couple of new flashy tags “Screen Options” and “Help” and, presumably, made quite a lot of other changes under the surface.

So now when I log in to my dashboard, the stats panel has disappeared. It doesn’t seem to be related to check/uncheck of the relevant option in the Screen Options display.

Then if I refresh the page, the whole thing is totally scrambled. Most of the options in the left hand panel get listed twice or three times, sometimes partly on top of one another. A row of icons appears across the middle of the page. “Screen Options” becomes a link in the scrambled section at the left of the screen. And so on. I can’t get back to anything like the proper display without closing and re-launching the browser.

I’m using Firefox 3.6 on MacOS 10.6. Most of this doesn’t seem to happen if I switch to Safari, but the stats panel display is still not what it should be. Please can you either back out these changes, or fix them!

Perhaps if you would explain what doesn’t look the same we might get a better picture of what you are talking about.
