What have you found to be the best way to network your blog?

  I am new to the blogging world and just curious what some of you with more experience feel are the best ways to gain traffic to your blogs? I know it’s not an overnight process but I would like some advice on the networking process. Also I’m a little unsure about tagging, any advice here? Thanks to all.
