what I should do to change from Default permalinks to Name-Post permalinks

    I have a WordPress blog at http://www.candh.com.sg/regulations. I am currently using default permalinks. I have tried changing my current Default permalinks to Name-Post permalinks but my existing posts show pointing errors whenever I click them. Please advice what I should do to change from default permalinks to Name-Post permalinks successfully?
