  no instructions I have seen on line look like the page where my blog is, they say clock on this or that and there is no clock on so what am I supposed to do (email visible only to moderators and staff) though on here I am gmail

  Every WordPress.com site publishes an RSS (Really Simple Syndication) feed. See here to learn more: https://en.support.wordpress.com/feeds/

  For your above site that feed would be https://adamantlywritingandart.wordpress.com/blog/feed/

  But as you can see, your above site only has the one, pre-written demo post from March 27th, 2018.
