What is an XML – RPC URL and where do I find it?

I need to know the XML – RPC URL so that my podcasts can be automatically updated, but I cannot find anything about it, or what it is.

Is your blog here at wp.com? Or are you self hosted?
If you’re hosted here, the endpoint is http://yourblogname.wordpress.com/xmlrpc.php
If you’re self hosted, then you need to ask at wordpress.org.
