What is email id of "wordpress.com" support staff?

I have some queries which I need to connect with “wordpress.com”‘s staff or support team (not forum). Isn’t there on email id?

This is a peer support forum where Staff and Volunteers work together cooperatively to provide WordPress.com support. Volunteers answer the majority of all support questions and when we cannot provide support we tag threads for Staff assistance.
Speak up here please as there is no phone support, and emailing support Staff means it takes longer to get an answer than posting to the support forums does.

I believe I posted something privately here to the admins, but I’m not sure I got a response — or if I did, I have no clue where it is. How would I know (I don’t know if I checked the “notify me of follow up via email”?

What if I want to keep discussions private? Does your contact support form keeps it private discussions? I have paid $99 pa – whether that is called Upgrade or business upgrade?
(request not tot send me some one page url to answer this question, it’s too much)

I can read what you can do there to contact Staff privately when you have an upgrade. Why can’t you read it?If you have a paid upgrade, please use the “Contact Support” form, where you will receive a choice of having staff answer your question publicly or privately.
