What is error 10 when dowloading.

  Hi,
  When I download my images to the Library, most of them download then every now and again I get an error 10, the images are all the same size and are jpeg, so I don’t understand why the error.

  Howdy,

  Can you walk me through what you’re doing when this error occurs?

  You might try resetting your router and any network devices you’re using.

  Hi Chris

  I was using the Multi-file uploader as I normally upload quite a few at a time and only a few of say 8 would upload and I would get the error 10 but even if I was only uploading 2 images, I would get the error 10, so have now tried the Browser built in loader for the individual ones that I couldn’t upload and that is working.
  I use Blogstomp to resize images for the web. I also have a 3G WiFi system.

  Which browser and version are you using?

  Can you try an alternate browser, such as Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome, to see if you get the same result?

  If you’re using one of those, please try the other one to help narrow down a browser issue.

  If you still see the error 10 message when uploading more than eight images, please take a screenshot and upload it to your Media Library.
