What is Exported from my blog

When exporting my blog via ‘Tools’ in the admin panel, is my custom CSS and are the widgets that I made with code etc exported?

I was trying to locate older widget code but could not locate it in the exporting files. When I checked wordpress.com for this information, I don’t see where it specify states thats that widget code and custom CSS is exported when choosing ‘All Content’.

When I export I choose all the areas All Content, Posts, Pages and Feedback options. I leave the various options as the defaults and do not add any dates or anything else. So, I though that these defaults would save everything.

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    No CSS is not exported.
    No widgets are not exported.

    Okay thanks.

I had a feeling they weren’t as I used to self host my site with WordPress and I always had to save the widgets and all the custom files separately. Although, many of the themes have a backup system which is great but never for the widgets.
