    I have proof that not only do I own the business version , but that there has been nothing but problems since I’ve had both sites LeighEnterprisesmaga.com and .blog I can produce the receipts upon request plus you guys are charging me 9 bucks a month for Jetpack so WTF !!!! I want someone to call me !! Not email , not this !!! No I want to talk to someone a good old fashioned phone call [redacted for privacy] please and thank you!!!

    Hi, we aren’t in a call center but I think I see the biggest issue leading to frustration: you’re not logged into the correct account. Can you log out here first?

    Then log in as tleigh89 instead of tleigh1989. The first one is associated with one of the URLs and upgrades you mentioned.

    As long as you’re logged into the correct account, you can cancel upgrades if you don’t want them, review billing history, etc.
