Hi there,
I’m sorry to hear about the trouble you’ve encountered with your blog. Let me help clarify what happened.
The issue you’re experiencing is due to the expiration of your domain itscalledserendipity.com. When a domain expires, it becomes available for others to register. It appears that someone else has registered this domain, which is why you’re seeing a different website there now.
I’d like to point out that your domain wasn’t registered through WordPress.com, but through a different company. You only had it connected to your WordPress.com site. The good news is, your original blog and all its posts are still safe and accessible at its free WordPress.com address at http://www.itscalledserendipity.wordpress.com
Since itscalledserendipity.com is now owned by someone else, a great alternative would be to register a new domain. Fortunately, similar domains such as itscalledserendipity.blog, its-called-serendipity.com, and itscalledserendipity.net are available.
To make things even better, if you upgrade to one of our annual plans, you can register that domain for free. For your blog, I would recommend considering either the Starter or the Explorer plans. These plans offer a great balance of features and affordability, perfect for your blog.
And if you need any help or have further questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We’re here to assist you in getting your blog back to the way you want it.
