  i used hostgator to acquire a domain. started using wordpress to edit the website. logged out and now i can’t get back to where i was yesterday. this is all new to me and extremely confusing and frustrating.

  Correct account: Yes

  i want a live person. this is rediculous. if i knew i wasn’t able to get a live person i never would have gone this far with wordpress.

  i have no idea. i thought the name of the website i wanted was the url. i guess that’s the domain. hostgator made it real easy to take my money but i guess my lack of knowledge is what led me here. the site i started editing while still logged into everything and was able to see changes being made to is martinackaty.com
  but when i go to /admin and try to log in with what i thought was my username and password, it acts as if i don’t exist. i am able to log into wordpress, but i can’t find the site to edit anywhere anymore nor the same user interface i was using yesterday to make edits to the site.

  i cancelled everything so forget it. i don’t want to continue dealing with something so incredibly non user friendly that it becomes a nightmare everytime i want to do something. this was all a huge mistake.

  The authors have deleted this site.

  Note that this is the host WordPress.com. You may have closed an account here but you may need to contact Hostgator too if you want a refund from them. They are two different places and perhaps you have a site at Hostgator too.
