  We have a domain with wordpress.
  It is http://www.ballybegcdp.ie, I can not get support for this site in anyway.
  There are problems with the site. I login under ballybegcdp.ie/wp-admin

  But I can chat with WordPress on the problem from my account their. Please help

  The site, Ballybegcdp.ie, is not with WordPress.com. That site is running the self-hosted WordPress.org software and appears to be hosted with https://www.register365.com/

  You will need to contact them for help with that site, as we have no access whatsoever to it, meaning we’re unable to help you with that site.
