what is happening with live chat and email support

    Anyone also noticed the support has changed dramatically. I used to get responses within minutes and now wait days or even days before anyone answers. then they answer and when you respond, they disappear for hours/days again. It seems to be happening since they changed the chat bott. Is this just me or anyone else having same issue?

    PS: is there a way to get support faster? I have an emergency query and have been waiting all day, got one massage and then disappearance again.

    Hello! I see you have our Creator plan, you should be able to contact us directly. That being said we’ve come to terms with the fact that we need to prioritize our responses according to urgency (like when someone’s site goes down), so you probably won’t get an immediate response from staff as often as you did in the past.

    We are still responding to everyone as quickly as we can, and the best way to get a response is to include as much context in your question as you can, so we can address your issue thoroughly.
