  I was just about to come to the forum to complain about, thankfully Im not the only one. The only way I could access my dashboard is coming here and clicking on the above wordpress bar. The top bar doesnt even appear on my dashboard or blog. This is probably some server issue, at first I thought wordpress was banning me from the site…LOL

  So here’s what we have:

  I click on my usual bookmark on my home computer for the wordpress.com home page, and I’m redirected to “http://prologueproject.org,” which — except for the URL — appears to be the wordpress.com homepage, even to the header at the top of my Firefox tab. I didn’t notice the URL at first, but saw that I was logged out, so I retyped my username and password. Firefox asked me if I wanted to save the password — another clue I wasn’t on wordpress.com, where that preference has already been set, but again I didn’t think about it, just clicked through and tried to log in. Nothing — still on the home page, with the log-in fields filled out but looking as though I hadn’t clicked through. I try again — nothing. Finally I noticed the URL bar. I quit Firefox, cleared private data, deleted all my cookies, tried again — still the same redirection. I tried on my wife’s computer – same. The way I got here was by googling wordpress.com support and following google’s link to the forums.

  PLEASE FIX!

  I think its their version of twitter from what I can make out from this post http://en.blog.wordpress.com/2008/01/28/introducing-prologue/ and it looks like they’re going to be adding it or something. Either that or we’ve all been phished!!! :D

  I created a blog while this was happening, now I have a .prologueproject.org site along with a .wordpress.com site. I can’t log in to the .prologueproject.org site to delete the blog, but it’s still viewable at the URL sent to me via email during the setup process. Should these accounts disappear? Or am I stuck with this weird “ghost” account?
