What is jetpack and how do we update?
-
We have a free plan but we keep getting a pop up asking us to update our jetpack, what do we need to do?? Also, I can’t see any of my pages to click on so I can make edits. Is this because of the jetpack?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

re: http://sacramentohomesforveterans.com/
We do not provide Jetpack support https://jetpack.me/support/ for sites linked to wordpress.COM accounts with the Jetpack plugin so they display on the My Sites wordpress.com account page.
Some Jetpack solutions are here http://jetpack.me/support/
Others are in the Jetpack support forum at WordPress.org
http://wordpress.org/support/plugin/jetpackHowever, if help cannot be found at either one then they can file a Jetpack support ticket here > http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/?jetpack=needs-service
WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums. Read the differences here http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
As you are referring to a site that is not hosted here, if you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG account, then click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right-hand corner of the page that opens, https://wordpress.org/support/register.php so you can post to the support forums there.
Resetting your WordPress.ORG password http://codex.wordpress.org/Resetting_Your_Password
WordPress.org support docs are at https://codex.wordpress.org/Main_Page

Hi Tamara2day!
TimeThief is correct in that the best place for Jetpack support is here:
https://jetpack.com/contact-support/However I’m happy to answer your questions now to save you submitting a new support ticket. Jetpack is free to install and use but we have some upgrade options which include anti-spam and site backups. If you’re interested in having spam protection and daily site backups then over to the plans page to sign up:
https://wordpress.com/plans/sacramentohomesforveterans.com
Regarding the second issue about being unable to see your posts and pages, this is because there’s a problem with the xmlrpc endpoint on your site:
http://sacramentohomesforveterans.com/xmlrpc.php
Jetpack requires access to the above file in order to communicate with your site.
Problems accessing xmlrpc could be due to another plugin or a problem with the server. Try temporarily deactivating your other plugins to see whether that fixes the issue. If not, then contact your host to see whether they block xmlrpc.
Failing all of this head over to Jetpack support and we can take a closer look.
