What is '.md5' ? Where is it located in wordpress?

Hello!
I have a wordpress website that was running fine till date. But from past 3-4 months it is getting some issues like “Error in establishing database connection”. I had a word with my host and they suggested me to combine the external and internal js and css files, to get some speed in functionality. In process of doing so, (as a matter of fact, I am a complete new comer in the world of coding. I somehow manage to undersatnd them, but aint master it) I am regualrly learning something new in wordpress. And I can now usually solve the issues happened in wordpress.But from the last two days I am facing a problem and not been able to understand a bit of it. An error “invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /webcorp1/www/corpusers/m/e/******/wp-admin/css/.md5 on line 352”.
It is showing up on the dashboard. I am not able to locate this file name anywhere. Any help concerned is highly admirable.
