what is meant by sending a link

  I have just began blogging within the last few days and really enjoying it. Some things are a bit more difficult than others. In an attempt to reach out to find some fellow bloggers to read, get ideas from and hopefully get some people to read my blogs to let me know if I’m going in the right direction. A guy said he would gladly read my blogs all I had to do was send him the links. This simple request really got me in a fluster and I wonder if someone could confirm for me how I make sure I send a link properly so people can read my blogs. Thanks for now
