  I can’t find my [chatroll] shortcode tom my blog, just only a text.

  Chatroll is not currently a supported service on WordPress.com. There was a period of time when the iframe embeds it relies upon were allowed but that bug has been patched.

  iframes and other embeds are removed from WordPress.com for security reasons. You can still link to your Chatroll by including a static link to the site.
