Can you please explain what you’re trying to do? Which upgrade are you trying to buy on the store page?
The URL for your WordPress.com blog, irishtraveldiva, is http://irishtraveldiva.wordpress.com/, but it has nothing to do with godaddy. It is registered and hosted by WordPress.com

I am trying to add an RSS feed to my website and I keep getting a cannot find my feed. I am using webuilder 7 on godaddy

The feed for your WordPress.com site can be found at http://irishtraveldiva.wordpress.com/feed/
However, webbuilder on Godaddy can only be used with self-hosted websites. If you’re trying to build your own self-hosted website on your own domain, you’ll need to post in the WordPress.org forum for advice, as it’s an entirely different system from WordPress.com. The WordPress.org forum is here: http://wordpress.org/support/

my wife set up her blog using the wordpress.com site. Our website for Carolzstravel.com is up and working but with out the blog.
I did try and use the /feed/ to her address and still the comment cannot find the feed.
-
Okay. So you want the blog to appear under the heading for Carol Z’s Blog on the website?
I think the easiest will be to map the WordPress.com blog to a subdomain on the website, in other words, you link that menu item to blog.carolzstravel.com. Then, if people click on that link, they get taken to the WordPress.com website. Here is the support doc on mapping the blog to a subdomain on another site: http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/map-subdomain/
I’m going to tag this for staff just to make sure I don’t give you the wrong advice in this regard, so please be patient for their response.

The feed at http://irishtraveldiva.wordpress.com/feed/ is a valid feed:
http://validator.w3.org/feed/check.cgi?url=http%3A%2F%2Firishtraveldiva.wordpress.com%2Ffeed%2F
Since this feed is valid, it sounds like this may be an issue on GoDaddy’s side.
