What is my domain name server for domain forwarding?

  What is my domain name server? I wanted to forward another domain name to my domain name server with WordPress?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there!

  In order to map another domain to your site, you’ll need to change the nameservers to the following:

  NS1.WORDPRESS.COM
  NS2.WORDPRESS.COM
  NS3.WORDPRESS.COM

  If you’re not sure how, you’ll need to contact your registrar for assistance.

  You’ll also need to purchase a Domain Mapping upgrade. You can read more about domain mapping here:

  Thank you Shawna!

  To clarify, I just needed the domain name server with WordPress to have another domain name forwarded to the domain name I purchased through WordPress. I am keeping the domain name I purchased through WordPress as my primary domain name.

  In order for our servers to know which WordPress.com blog to direct your domain to from our nameservers, you’ll need the additional Domain Mapping upgrade.

  Once it’s set up, you’ll see both domains listed at Store > Domains and can set your primary domain the way you want.

  I am still having trouble with this. I do not want to change my domain name that I purchased when I got my plan with wordpress which is http://www.tripleddilemmas.com . I want to keep it as my primary domain. However, I purchased two other domain names that I would like to forward to my word press domain name that I purchased. I purchased the two other domains at network solutions and I am pointing them to the domain name servers as you suggested in your first email response to me. However, I don’t understand how to purchase the Domain Mapping without WordPress making me change my current domain name. I go to the links you suggested but when I try to purchase the Domain Mapping, it wants to change my existing domain name and I don’t want to do that. Please advise. Thanks!

  Hi there!

  It may change your domain name when you first make the purchase, but you can change it right back by going to Store > My Domains and selecting the correct one. This is usually a convenience for people purchasing Domain Mapping, but I totally understand how it’s getting your way.

  You can change it back as soon as your purchase is complete, so your readers will never even notice.
