What is my IP address

    I would like to know my blog’s IP address as I need it to make a trusted site for my anti virus program to be able to display my pictures. I recently changed to Zonearm and now can’t upload a picture as I can’t view them. I am having trouble but in order to try and make it a ‘trusted’ site which MAY help??? I need my IP address.

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Hi there,

    We don’t usually provide static blog IP addresses as they often change without warning. A change in the IP address would mean your blog would be blocked again by your antivirus program. Is it possible to add your blog domain without manually adding your IP address as described by Zonearm here?

    I did add the url of my blog but that hasn’t helped rectify the problem… so I thought perhaps the IP might help.. but according to where you directed me when I add the url it knows the ip

    Have you heard of this happening before at all where the anit-virus program messes up viewing pictures from blog.. I’m waiting for zonearm to contact me again… but wondered if you had ever heard of this before…

    Can you let me know where you’re currently located? I haven’t heard of anti-virus software interfering with image loading (not that it isn’t possible), but I have heard of internet providers blocking WordPress.com and preventing image downloads. Perhaps that might be the case. Does this problem persist on different internet connections (if you have a portable laptop)?

    Do you mean where I live… In Ontario Canada. This happened just after my computer guy changed to zonearm. Prior to that everything was fine.

    I just tried to access pictures by way of Internet Explorer and couldn’t. I have contacted Zonearm and they gave a couple of suggestions which didn’t work.. I’m waiting for them to get back to me again.

    And I’ve been searching and searching for some easy answer… but no luck… I have such weird things happen … It’s really frustrating….

    Just to confirm, the images haven’t worked in Firefox or Internet Explorer. Is that correct?

    You can try to rectify the problem by adding the following IP addresses:

    76.74.254.120
    66.155.9.238
    66.155.11.238
    76.74.254.123
    192.0.80.250
    192.0.81.250

    Please note, these change over time. So, if the IP address changes, Zonearm would likely block the content again. However, please give it a try and let me know if it works!

    Zonearm should be able to unblock your site with either the URL or the IP address. Please let me know if you need anything else from me as you hear back from them!
