  what is my RSS feed

  I am in need of auto-posting to my website (which has been currently using a Posterous RSS) and I just transferred my Posterous blog to WordPress and I cannot locate my RSS feed address to post on my personal website. Please let me know what that is or where I would go to find it.
  Can you also tell me how to ensure that attached pics from my email posts are posted above the text rather than below?
