What is need to Uploading Custom Themes

  I bought a new theme (http://extensio.atixscripts.info) and now, i would like to know what is need to do to uploading this theme. It’s necessary buy a kind of upgrade to WordPress.com?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  @rogeriollucatelli – You can’t upload themes to a WordPress.com blog. If you want to do that you will have to self-host using WordPress.org software. To understand the differences between WordPress.com and WordPress.org, please read this:
