what is optimum space needed for food blog

  I would like to start a blog. Is 3GB enough or do I need to take premium package and get 13GB.

  depends what you do for pictures, 3GB is lots of space and thousands of pictures if the pictures are optimized for the web. I compact and scale all my pictures down so that a “large” picture on my site is 150 or 200k in size

  If you insist on uploading 3MB & up pictures you will go through the space in short order and upset search engines and drive your visitors away with a slow loading site
