  I went to buddha99.wordpress.com. and it says that the authors closed it.
  We did not close it?
  How did it happen?

  It looks like buddha99.wordpress.com was deleted by the blog owner. Issues like this are not addressed in the public forums and you must follow the advice at http://en.wordpress.com/complaints/ if you’re having trouble.
