  basically, you bookmark a website using rss,
  this rss will update you if there is something new
  so instead of you visiting the site to keep abreast with the updates,
  rss will do this work for you ^_^
  rss notifies you whenever there is new stuff posted on the particular website that has been bookmark with rss
