What is Spam?

    Hey I keep getting spam messages with some having -Trackback- in them and some with comments, Can someone Please explain what this means… Cheers. from kyls7t4 MyTimeForU 18+

    First of all, leaving a signature like that in a forum where it’s not commonly done is spam.

    Second: do the spam comments get caught by Akismet and sent to the spam file automatically? If so, do nothing.

    If they don’t, edit them, mark them as Spam, and Akismet will learn.

    Also: WARN people that you have an Adult site. We don’t want random people clicking to your site and seeing things they shouldn’t.
