  Same question:

  In my account settings my web address is lifeoptimized.wordpress.com but when I go there this is what I get:
  lifeoptimized.wordpress.com is no longer available.

  Either you deleted the site or it was claimed by some else then deleted. WordPress.com does not recycle names, so it is gone forever:
  http://en.support.wordpress.com/recycling-blog-names/

  You can also register a custom domain for use with your blog so that the original ‘wordpress.com’ domain/URL is never visible to your readers.
