I asked a few questions the other day and thought I was going to get an email response…haven’t gotten anything. I’m sure I didn’t do something right. Where do I go to ask specific questions about my account?

– Use the Live Chat feature
– Email:help@wordpress.com
– Let us know what you want to contact WP.com staff about here on the forums and we can tag your topic for staff response.I’ll take a look at your previous topic now.

That feature will be available to the same people who are normally able to get email or Staff Answers support which is anyone with any kind of paid upgrade, (not just plans) and people with brand new accounts.
If you don’t have an upgrade, you won’t see the chat box, Tom.
