What is the diffrent between support and Feedback

I wondering, In the blue top border under My Account You have Contact Support and in the Dashboard you have Feedback.
Do the do diffrent things? Does it matter where I report problems?
How long time does it normally take for support to resolve a problem och get back in touch?
I know, it has been closed and it a lot of holidays and I don´t know how they prior the issues.
I send to support about the problems with trackbacks and linebreaks. I haven´t heard anything.
But when I send in to Feedback my problems with layout messed up, I got help at once.
So my question is, shall I write diffrent issues to diffren place?

They are the same – it all comes to me.
Trackbacks are being looked at. As I have said in the forums it is affecting only a small amount of people which makes finding the problem really hard. It’s not that we don’t want to. Big mistakes have a big effect but they are easy to cure.
I’ll check and get back to you on linebreaks.
And times. I’m on UTC (I’m in the UK) so times can depend on that. I do try and be quick though.

mark I wondering, if it´s only a few people having this problem can it depend of surten themes?
I have never had problems before with trackbacking. I mean before I got my blog here. I use the same tb code, as I always has done from other blogportals.
So maybe you can ask in a sticky or something, what kind od theme we use, we who has problems with trackbacking?
I am using pool, and with that I also av the breakline problems.

The trackback issue has been raised and there are a number of threads on it. Staff has stated that they are aware of the issue. It was a sticky but was dropped down since it is on their list to be fixed.
All Current Issue stickies do most of the time is allow folks to make “me too” posts or whine and moan.
Trackbacks would be a code issue and would not have anything to do with the theme.
