What is the easiest way to invite a large group to view a private blog?

    I am setting up a private blog for a school program and am wondering if anyone knows how I can invite parents in the program (over 35 people, I’ll pay for the extra spaces) to view and comment on the blog. From what I can tell, parents will have to create an account and then send me their user name so I can formally invite them — not ideal for big group.

    Any advice on streamlining the process while keeping the blog priviate? I am worried that if there are too many steps involved parents won’t both following the blog.

    Unfortunately, that’s really the only way to do it in this case, but we are looking into ways to improve the process.
