what is the easiest way to move posts?

Hi,
I am just wondering what is the easiest way to move some posts from my first blog to my second one? My old blog talks about too many things and I have decided to move a subset of the posts to a new blog. I found a support article on moving blogs, but not on moving posts. Please advise. Thanks.
