Hi Daniel,
Many of the features that people use plugins for are already built in here at WordPress.com so they are often unnecessary here. What plugins did you want to install? We might have a feature or widget that does the same thing.
If not, to move your blog to a self-hosted site, you’ll first need to obtain web hosting. We have some recommendations here:
http://get.wp.com/hosting/We have a guide for moving your site here:
http://en.support.wordpress.com/moving-a-blog/#moving-to-wordpress-orgYou can move your domain to your new site in this way:

Thank you Eurello. I want to put a box on the site: “download now” (and give me your email address). What is an easy way to do this?
On another topic, I’ve been trying to pay WP to migrate my site (.com to .org), but the billing page will not take my money. It says, “Your blog has some of these upgrades. Did you mean to renew your subscription?”
What upgrades? I pay the $129. through Paypal, which sends me back to your “pay it” form, and then I’m stuck on that page–no matter how many times I click the move-on button. Is there a different way I can pay?
Many thanks for your help,

Hi Daniel,
We do have download links and you could put them in a Text Widget in your sidebar, or in a post or page:
http://en.support.wordpress.com/uploading-documents/If you want someone to request a document, you could use a contact form:
Contact FormFor Guided Transfer, you’ll have to switch your Custom Fonts back to the default theme fonts before you’ll be able to purchase it. You can do that in Appearance->Customize->Fonts. Once you’ve done that, the Guided Transfer should become available to purchase in your Store here:
