This is the WordPress.COM support forum. Although ultratick.com has been registered, it is not using WordPress.COM nameservers. If your domain is mapped to a self-hosted site, then your configuration may be fine as currently set up.
There is no permanent static IP address for any WordPress.com blog. All IPs are dynamic ie. ever changing. Therefore WordPress.com does not purport to provide static IP addresses. See here please https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/current-wordpresscom-ip-addresses?replies=3#post-2043582
I think you are posting to the wrong support forum. ultratick.com is hosted by CloudFlare
whois
Name Servers:
lynn.ns.cloudflare.com
cruz.ns.cloudflare.comAre you trying to domain map to your domain URL from a .wordpress.COM blog? If so, what is the underlying .wordpress.com URL?
If not we cannot help you here. WordPress.com and WordPress.org are completely separate and have different logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support forums. http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there and receive advice from WordPress.ORG bloggers.
