What is the javascript image w/ a question mark doing on my site?

  I was customizing the background image and an image with a small question mark in the middle started to appear on all of my pages and I can’t seem to get rid of it. Please let me know how to fix this.

  That’s a missing header image. You had uploaded and inserted “landscape_painting” as a header image in Appearance > Header, and you probably deleted it from the media library. You can go to Appearance > Header and upload a new image or click Remove Header Image.
