What is the link to subscribe to my blog that I can put on an external website?

  I am trying to add a “subscribe” icon to my website, which is external to my blogsite. I cannot see to find the link/URL code to use. Can this be done?

  I already have a “link to blog” icon & URL but want a “subscribe to blog” icon & URL as well.

  Please let me know if this is possible/do-able.
