what is the maximum of subscriber we can get in wp widget?

  hello i’m andy shera
  have 2 question:
  what is the maximum number of subscriber we can get in wp widget? is it 1000,2000 or unlimited?
  is it works just like mailing lists? (when u update something in your blog ur subscriber get noticed in their email)
