What is the most basic plan I can buy?

  I want to record videos and upload them
  I also want to have two subscription options one is a freemium option and one is a dollar amount

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  To upload video you will need VideoPress, which is included in the Premium and Business plans.
