What is the name for this mouse function? Rollover?

  I am trying to find out the name of this function. I used to know the name of it but I forgot it now. I don’t think you can use it on WordPress.com by the way but just want to find out if by chance someone has got the right name for it, so I can read up on the net about how it works.

  What happens is that you when you put the mouse over a word, a text box that was hidden pops up. Often there is some short description or explanation about that word.

  You have to hold the mouse over the word to reveal this text box though.

  I believe it can only be done using javascript and I believe that’s still not allowed on WordPress.com
